The hotel was in a good location with halal food next door to it. The room was very big and spacious. At level 69 you could get a good view from the pool of the towers. However there were a few down points, no soap for the bathroom, i was advised by the receptionist we use the same liquid soap in kitchen and bathroom, second breakfast was very limited options with set menus. Would not recommend breakfast..The breakfast team put in a lot of effort however the hotel needs to have buffet breakfast with lots of options. Checkout was fine. When i asked receptionist to book me a taxi for the airport she told me to do it myself....

Excellent hotel in the perfect location in Kuala Lumpur. The room was spacious and well equipped. The gym and pools were superb. Also, very helpful and friendly staff.

Overall, a very nice stay. Clean and very comfortable rooms, everything worked. Good service. The breakfast was the disappointment. No buffet so they asked guests to preorder, then the next morning told me they didn’t have what I ordered. And it was mostly ordinary The pools were great but full of disorderly kids Great location

We stayed 5 nights in a 2 bedroom Deluxe Twin Apartment on the 13th floor. My first impression was one of disappointment as the 'master' bedroom was actually where the twin beds were with a view and the double bedroom was a box 'room' as narrow as the bed and shoehorned in between the kitchen and bathroom, so no windows, bedside tables, clothes storage, nothing! There was only 1 bathroom and this was accessed with a Jack and Jill door from both bedrooms. In the big wardrobe in the twin bedroom were 4 hangers so for 4 adults travelling there was nowhere to unpack. However the apt was clean and fully functional for what we needed. Location near the KLCC / Petronas Towers was great and there were 2 small supermarkets underneath. Easy-ish to walk from the subway with suitcases (10mins) although KL pavements are quite a challenge! Pools were fantastic but there were no towels. The infinity pool (floor 69 - but really 55) wasn't that big and mainly full of people taking photos but for a quick dip in the unheated (?) water was fun. The main pool on floor 6 was amazing and enormous, equally chilly and shared by the 2 Star Suites apartment blocks and also Ascot apts. There is a restaurant by the main pool which was great for an easy meal and the bar on the top floor by the infinity pool seemed to also serve food which looked nice. I would stay again but probably have 2 x 1 bedroom apts as did feel cheated by the 2nd bedroom. However for the price it was a great base!

One bed apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Great location being central in KLCC. Housekeeping didn’t seem to be that frequent.

Nice units. House keeping was spotty. A bit of a walk.

The booking included breakfast only to get there and be told that breakfast was not included.

The stay was perfect: very good location, convenient rooms, laundry machine with drier, parking spot available as well. Easy check in and comms. One drawback though: quality of the breakfast and preparation time- both unacceptable. Average 40mins to serve breakfast for 4. Usually there was alsway something different: chicken instead of shrimps, you could choose only one hot drink or get tea only as there wasno coffee at all. We prepaid breakfast but was able to trade it back because for this money you get so much better literally 3 mins outside of the building

We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment, it was very spacious with two bathrooms. The views from our room were great. There are multiple swimming pools to choose from, the view from the rooftop pool was extraordinary! The gym is large and well equipped with an awesome view of the pool while you workout. All the staff were friendly and helpful, we had no troubles at all. The location is also great, walking distance to two big shopping malls, various restaurants and of course the fabulous Petronas Towers. We had a fabulous stay, we absolutely recommend staying here!
