A waste paper basket in the living area would have been convenient. Card access to facility would be an improvement over multiple keys.

I would expect kettle for making tea
The staff are rude, they didn’t even bother to say sorry when they repeatedly booked the wrong taxis! There should be a taxi card and a tube map etc...given to clients etc...
I was repeatedly late for my work because of this
The hotel is far from the Center
And staff are unhelpful so is the manager to whine I raised my complaint

Super Good location, lovely looking rooms. Although I slept on a fold out bed. I would go back again.

Super Everything was fine but if you have a sofa-bed your comfort is limited. I would suggest to add a layer of memory foam on the mattress of sofa bed.
