Our stay was very enjoyable, the room and bed were clean, shower was good and no problems with the air conditioning. The breakfast was delicious with coffee to order and staff were friendly and helpful. We checked in late but it ended up working out fine. Our sink was a little weird with the water pressure like a hose. Surrounding area was very walkable and plenty of stuff to do, location is probably the best part of this place. Overall very nice place and recommend breakfast.

Not all properties have a jacuzzi. In the room, we were lacking hooks to hang the towels after use. Storage space was also lacking for longer stays.
Room was made up almost daily. The breakfast was great. Looooove the tortillas de patatas.

SuperSéjour en couple
The hotel was certainly quirky but we enjoyed our stay. We had a personal patio exclusive to our room (101) which, while enclosed, did mean we could have fresh air and had an outdoor space to sit.
The room was cleaned daily. The hotel reception is not staffed 24/7 but contact is available at a nearby sister hotel. As we used the remote check in we didn't actually need to see anyone on arrival. The down side was when the WI-FI went down on day 2 of our trip, there was no easy way to raise this and get it restored. We had a reduced mobile signal in our room so this was a nuisance but not a disaster.
The roof terrace was very pleasant to sit on but was only open on 1 of the 3 nights we stayed.
The location was excellent for visiting the old town and is a real plus for the property.
If we return to Valencia we would have no problem using this hotel again
