My son and I stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is clean and beautiful. We love the design and layout. The first floor is like a waiting area. There are attendants to help you load and unload. The reception or check in area is located on the 2nd floor. On the 2nd floor, there are the reception, dining, and a gift/snack store. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it's pretty good. Next to the restaurant is the bar. There are 4 elevators and they're pretty fast.
Our room was spacious, clean, and the beds very comfortable. I particularly love the bathroom because of the walk in shower with glass door. It's very spacious and beautiful all around.
It's walking distance to the cable car and metro. I purchased a clipper card at Walgreens so I can use it for the cable car and metro. There is a Walgreens a block away. I highly recommend this hotel.
