The map in the app shows the hotel closer to the Central Station, it actually is. It is located in quite a noisy neighborhood (at least it was so on the weekend). A/C did not seem to work, and whenever you opened the window, you heard everything from the busy streets downstairs. The guy in reception did not seem to care much about us, and the lady the next morning even less. The room was small, but nice.

En dessous de la moyenne Terrible, se llevará n las toallas de la habitación, y me dejaron sin toallas el último día, fui a recepción a reclamar y me dieron solo una toalla en mal estado, le dije que somos 2 personas y que neceff de its a otra toalla, se fue a ver otra y me trajo una toalla sucia que estaba usada😡

Bien It’s my second time staying at Hotel Munich Deluxe (both times in the annex). It seems like they have an issue with their ventilation or plumbing. There’s a sewage smell coming from the bathroom, and the longer the ventilation runs, the worse the odor gets. This happened to me on both stays. You also can’t turn the ventilation off, as it switches on automatically with the light. As a woman getting ready in the bathroom, the smell honestly is disturbing.
Other than that, the hotel is okay. The room design is nice and the location close to the city center is very convenient.

Smallest hotel room I've ever been in. No top sheet, no counter space. The only good thing was it was very close to Oktoberfest. Wouldn't recommend.
