The lady on the reception desk was very helpful finding us a car park on a busy night.
We didn’t have a large enough saucepan to cook pasta in.
We had difficulty turning the hot plates on and were unable to find a manual to show us how.
The top of the toilet brush in the main toilet was broken (in room 304)

Great location. Great little Cafe, bar and bottlehop underneath. Only a walk away from restaurants, nice walk to the city and close walk to Suncorp Stadium and Caxton street.

Parking was great plenty of spots. Bathroom was run down no water pressure in the shower. Shower was still dirty with grime. Matress was like sleeping on springs had the worse sleep for the 2 night stay. Carpet felt dirty to walk on.

The room was far smaller than it appeared online and the towels were not changed during our two night stay. The complimentary tea, coffee and milk was not topped up.
The staff were plesant and did fix up the beds, converting to twins rather than a double - this was requested at the time of booking.
