The property was one block away from Melbourne Central Shopping Centre and train station and two blocks away from the Markets.
The pool area was popular with our children.
The rooms needed better cleaning (tv had hand prints all over it and cushions were stained).
Communication with the property was terrible - sent them a couple of messages via Expedia regarding parking - when they didn’t respond after a few days, I called them to be told that parking was now no longer available.
When I asked about the messages they said that they don’t get the messages from Expedia App.

The property was very cozy, clean and very peaceful the kitchen had everything we needed to make our stay feel homely and comfortable the view was amazing and just beautiful to look at; my son had an amazing time swimming and playing in the pool. Costumer service was amazing and they were very helpful with everything that we needed, I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family and would definitely visit again.

We had such a wonderful stay and can’t thank the team enough for their exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled so thoughtfully. We were generously upgraded to a two-bedroom unit, which made our stay even more comfortable, especially with kids.
Even though the parking was fully booked, the staff offered us a discounted parking option, which we really appreciated. It’s little gestures like this that make a big difference.
The facilities were fantastic, the kids absolutely loved the pool, and I really enjoyed unwinding in the steam room. The location is also perfect, with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. We tried their breakfast buffet as well. It was a short 5 min walk, the breakfast had all the basics and was worth the money. It has hash browns, eggs, mushroom, tomatoes, sausage, bacon, beans, yogurt, cereal and hot coffee and tea.
Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we’re very grateful for the warm hospitality. Thank you again for making our stay so memorable!
