Had a difficult time with the ac they had to come into our room several times to fix the problem.

Nice well kept. Nice staff

Breakfast was ok. They had waffles you make yourself, scrambled eggs were not cooked thoroughly, coffee was very weak, juices tasted like they were beaten with an electric mixer. Daniel at the front desk helped me get things accomplished. Had to ask that our room be cleaned everyday. In the drawer was a statement saying you have to use your towels for 3 days!! I do not even do that at home!! and there was no place to hang towels anyway. I have stayed at the Sleep Inn many times since the late 1990s and early 2000s. I will not be returning again. Plenty of parking because i did not get the memo about how far downhill this hotel came.

Ok place to stay, clean, breakfast. Great location

We would have enjoyed our stay if they actually had cleaned our room. They did not clean our room for 2 days and did not offer any compensation. All they could say is I'm sorry but we had 65 other rooms that we had to clean due to a 65 room group that had booked. Well they were cleaning across the whole from me they could have cleaned our room but they did not. They always had the excuse they were busy cleaning up the other 65 rooms. I advise them that I was still a guest here. All they could say was I'm sorry. That was not enough. Again we was still guests in that hotel and were not treated as such. Then came and knock it our door on the second day that they did not clean. There was a woman standing there with plastic garbage bags offering them to us so we can clean our own garbage bins. I spent $610 for those 5 days and they expected me to clean my own garbage bin. I explained to the woman that they had not given us any clean towels or clean the room in 2 days she apologized advising of the same 65 room cleanup. Again I said to her that we were still guest in this hotel and should be treated as such. She offered us the clean towels but by then we were so disgusted we refused them as we were leaving the next morning but. Please keep in mind the only reason we needed the towels replaced was because they would never dry and they will always damp. Also the bathroom had not been cleaned in several days as well. I will never stay at that one again.

My first time booking here it was nice would come back again

The hotel was not terrible but it definitely could use some updates. The carpet in the room is dirty to the point that my wife's feet were black from walking on it. The bathroom door doesn't have a good handle so it was hard to close.

It was clean and nice. The staff were very helpful. It was a nice stay.

I have no complaints about the hotel.! Great location close to Lake George .! Great bed and pillows . Very clean , plenty of parking . Fast check in
