Fantastique Stayed in a garden room, it was larger than expected. Bathroom was clean and good size shower. Location is fantastic next to Vondlpark and close to some great neighborhoods.

Unfortunately, I got bug bites from my stay, which I didn’t realize until later. Otherwise the location was great and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

En dessous de la moyenne Way too many mosquitoes, hundreds in our room and we did not have the windows open. Room smelled moldy.

BienSéjour en couple
The room was fairly clean but the room and corridor did not look like it had been vacuumed properly when we arrived.
We had a difficult situation where neither of us could sleep because of the sound of a tumble drier at 2am. We went to speak to reception about it and they were quite rude, they agreed to switch it off. We spoke to reception again the next day and they said it wouldn't happen again, but we weren't given anything as an apology.
Reception was often not attended although it says 24/7 reception and they were often watching videos etc. and not particularly helpful.
On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable and the blackout curtains were effective and the air con in the room nice and strong.

SuperSéjour en couple
We had a room on the 4th floor and it was quite small with small windows. We managed to peak in other rooms which overlooked the garden so felt we weren’t in the best room.
The reception staff were really helpful and friendly.

Beds are comfortable. Room is just the right size. Hotel is close to tram. Excellent Italian restaurant 500 feet from hotel!

My only suggestion would be to improve the signage from the street to make the hotel easier to find. Otherwise, I highly recommend it.

FantastiqueSéjour en solo
I stayed in a small single room (possibly the smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in - it was tiny!!), but it was clean, quiet and had a large window and lovely view. Everything I needed for a short stay! The staff was very friendly and stored my luggage for several hours since my room wasn’t ready when I arrived, which was great. There was a maze of steep stairs to get to the room, so not a great option if you have a ton of luggage or for anyone with mobility issues. The location is great just across the street from tram stops so very accessible to Amsterdam Centraal and the airport, and located near good restaurants, attractions, Vondelpark, etc. This was my second time staying there and would definitely stay again.
