Location was excellent. The back door exits across from the convention center.
The staff was accommodating and friendly. Every single staff member greeted us with a smile and willingness to help.
Rooms were clean and adequate.
I found the bed very hard and had a tough time sleeping. I woke up with little sleep and many aches. My husband thought the bed was ok.
There aren't many amenities. They push you to go to the YMCA.
We ordered room service breakfast and it arrived in a bag. No table, plates, or real utensils. My husband tried buttering his bread (they don't give you toast at breakfast) and his plastic knife broke and since he had to eat out of a plastic container in his lap, the bread fell on the floor.
We've stayed here a few times and it has been ok, but we'll probably stay at the Westin or JW Marriott next time due to the hard beds and plastic room service containers.
