The room was mostly clean. However, there was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, and on tile grout. Baseboards were coming loose from the wall. There was a dingy smell in the poorly lit hallway.

Staff was not able to accommodate my stay

The hotel room was great. The reception staff was also very helpful & shockingly, she spoke perfect English. The rest of the country either refuses to speak English or cant. Whilst the hotel service was great, the neighbourhood is extremely sketchy. I didnt feel safe and would not venture out alone in broad daylight beyond the front porch of the hotel. The only reason to book this hotel is its close proximity to the Sambadrome.

This hotel needs some serious updating to fall into Wyndham standards

I wish i never booked this stay, the only nice thing is the staff, other than than everything else is awful

The staff at the hotel were lovely and so helpful. However, I feel like the cleanliness and condition of parts of the room let it down. Also, the breakfast options were quite limited.

It was really great, I really enjoyed it my staying here. I'm coming back to this place. Thanks
