Fantastique A lovely room, great breakfast, and attentive but not hovering staff. This boutique hotel is just steps away from Kelvingrove Park and the Museum… a west end gem.

What a lovely property. We were only in town for the night and wish we could’ve extended our stay. Andrew had excellent restaurant and bar recommendations. We hope to stay here again in the future!

The location is unbelievable, the staff friendly and helpful and the room was charming with a large bathroom window that opened. It is right near public lawn bowling courts and a short walk to the best parts of the city. Would definitely return

Room was clean staff ie andrew brilliant breakfast was lovely parking got a space but had to rush due to time. Only thing alot of talking and laughing at 7:15 in the morning only down side.
