Tub was dirty, there were roaches in the lobby and a very unpleasant smell in the room. There was no hand soap either.

FantastiqueSéjour en solo
The manager at the property was extremely helpful and had me move to a better room because I had a relatively small complaint that was addressed immediately. (The one room that I was staying in had blinds that were broken)

BienSéjour en solo
This was my 3rd time staying there. I would stay there again but it seems to be going down hill every time. The room could be cleaner , dust on top of frig, walls on bathroom need to be wiped down etc. Noting major .
Like that I can get to the Crabtree greenway to run.

BienSéjour avec animaux de compagnie
The staff was excellent - Professional & helpful start to finish. The property is lush & peacful. The guests are not clean & make it extra challenging for staff=unfair. It is impossible to teach everyone do not disrespect the property by improperly disposing of cigarette butts & garbage.
