I'm sensitive to strong cleaning/chemical products, and I had a slight reaction, so it could be better, but overall the smells didn't affect me much besides a slight reaction in my respiratory passages. The pans all had a Teflon-like coating, which are damaging to health, so I had to go buy a stainless steel pan. I would have appreciated a toaster oven.

Excellent stay

Clean, great amenities.

The location has many restaurants and shopping places. Very accessible. Our room is on the ground floor, which is convenient for moving the luggage. The room is spacious and well equipped with a laundry machine (though not included in all rooms).

Beds were really hard

The accessibility to chinatown makes it an interesting venue. The room was spacious and comfortable for 5 people.

The owner did not respond to any of my messages(Even though i was sending them in Japanese?), and they forgot to tell me what the door passcode was until i asked support to contact them for me. But other than that it was a really apartment. Very comfy bed, nice big TV, and the area around is very good

Everything was good. It's a very clean place. This place looked clean and was clean, unlike other places that just look clean.

Good location in downtown Nagasaki - alley cats fighting at night and making a ton of noise will keep light sleepers awake though. Property was a little snug and bathroom could use better ventilation.

Central location, spacious, clean with good array of amenity.
