The staff was absolutely amazing. They were not only sweet and kind but so amazingly helpful. They were extremely responsive on WhatsApp as well. They were so helpful in booking different activities and airport transport. I will definitely be coming back! The property was also very cute and well maintained. Breakfast was also splendid.

The room was well furnished and comfortable, and the terrace has excellent views, but the staff really made the place stand out. Incredibly attentive, warm, helpful and multilingual. Highly recommended.

The room was wonderful and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room itself had a nice whirlpool bath which was very good to use after a long day exploring Cappadocia. The hotel is in a very good lication and the views at breakfast of the town were good. Definitely a place we will stay in again

Check in was terrible. Wait a long time to get the room. Room was small, bathroom was smelling. Breakfast was good.

En dessous de la moyenne Very noisy hotel. The rooms have a window which is next to a restaurant, so you can hear other guests late into the night.
Also, there is no air conditioning, fan or any kind of ventilation whatsoever.
WIFI was extremely poor.
Finally, the manager of the hotel rudely woke me up at 2a.m because he thought he heard "running water" in my room. There was, in fact, no running water.
I've stayed in 500 hotels throughout the world, and this was the first time that the manager of the hotel decided to wake me up intentionally in the middle of the night.
