The cupboard in which the refrigerator is located is not ventilated and therefore water is dripping within the cupboard and has rotted the shelving and the door will not close. It created a safety hazard when walking past, especially at night in the dark!! The same issue was also in the bathroom cupboards (water penetrating the timber).
We were disrupted by the people next door partying all night until 4am.

Good parking, unit 11 would benefit from a handrail put on the wall beside the bath/shower , tricky for elderly to get in and out of, Restaurant not open, Carpets need renewing but otherwise a good clean comfy motel with good sized rooms and its close to everything including a number of restaurants and fast food outlets.

Everything was perfect. Affordable, clean and nice rooms :)
However, we didn't get room service for 3 days as they were public holidays. It was bit hard.
