We stayed in the two bedroom villa. There were 5 of us. Villa was clean, and hotel staff very accommodating. However our first villa was extremely outdated and needed to be renovated. The wood floors were very nosiy because they were old and not maintained. The beds were also hard. We had a missing shower curtain as well. We stayed 3 nights. The hotel staff was very accommodating and moved us to a "newer" villa after day 1. It was in slightly better condition than the first. You can see the potential of the hotel grounds are beautiful, however the property is so large it seems they are not able to maintain properly. Since the villas are so far from the hotel lobby/pool and restaurant, they offer pick up and drop offs thru hotel golf carts ran by the hotel staff which is convenient and they are very quick to pick up when you call the front desk. I would love for the grounds to be maintained as it's a really beautiful location, just not kept up to date. Today it looks as if the hotel villas have been deserted and no one is occupying them. At night it felt like we were the only family in the villa section. It was a bit creepy, like a scary movie. Perhaps the rooms in the hotel building sections were more up to date and that's were most of the customers were lodging.
