I have been unsure getting a place to stay like Condotel or like bed&breakfast, its my first time ever and it proves that i will never stays at condotel… This place is the WORST, the AC is like an engine of a truck running, u will never get sleep, we shut it off and sacrifice the heat of the room. Staying at Luneta park is better off… STAY AWAY from this property.

Fantastique Highly recommend this place. Clean, safe to stay, not crowded, few minutes away from the airport and restaurants. It’s located in an upscale area close to Resorts World. Our home away from home! ❤️🇵🇭❤️

The apartment is spacious enough for a family of 4 and adequate for an overnight rest as it is walking distance from the International Airport. It is near and clean, however there was a problem with a few tiny cockroaches crawling all over floor which the owner sprayed. Also there was no hot water for the shower.

When I came, i saw 3 cockroaches on the floor running around! So i told the person who accompanied us to have some bugs spray and clean up the room while we went out to eat dinner. I tried to call the number and spoke to the lady on the other end, she even seemd not to believe me. I also informed the guy in the counter. Later someone called me over dinner that they changed my room, much better compared to the first one.

Air conditioner was very loud. Walking to and from the airport may be difficult if you have young children as you’d have to walk on the roadside in some sections and at the other side there are ongoing construction works.

Very poor experience. First of all, the address of the property is not accurate on maps, took me 30 mins to walk around and find it. Secondly, the reservation didn't have the apartment number, so the security guy didn't have info to let me in. Took another hour for someone to come and sort things out. Horrible!

I like that the property is new but didn't like the kitchen with a broken dining chair and stained chair upholstery, used and washed disposable plastic utensils, Mickey moused extension outlets in kitchen that seem unsafe, etc.
