Bien The hotel was located right in the center of everything but unfortunate had only 1 elevator that was so small and took forever ! We came early in the morning after missing our flight so we had called night before to cancel out reservation for 1 night but not sure they did that. The elevator is so small that 2 big suitcases and a carry on and yourself barely fit! There’s no breakfast included and to get a fan since it was so hot and a/c wasn’t the best, is very difficult! I felt sorry for front desk who gave their fan to us but my relatives didn’t have anything h and in July that should not be limited. Service was great but amenities were not the best.

Fantastique Stayed in the 3 bedroom unit and couldn't have had a better room. 4 adults 2 teens. The 2 full washrooms were excellent. Nice to stay together but still have our own spaces. Rooms were spacious. Great location. Walk from the metro is short. Lots a great places to eat near by. Would stay here again. Staff stored out luggage at arrival and ordered us cabs for our next leg of the trip. The 3 balconies were amazing.

FantastiqueSéjour en famille · Pour les amis et la famille
Very convenient location to attractions, coffee shops ,supermarkets and restaurants The 24 hour staff were very friendly and helpful. The 3 bedroom apartment we stayed at was very spacious and clean with all the amenities. The powerful AC was a welcome relief from the hot July weather. Would definitely book here again!

BienSéjour en famille avec enfants
While the location is quite convenient but the rooms were quite small and lacking.
We picked the family deluxe room but ultimately would have picked a different hotel. Price point was ok, just thought at that price, hotel would be better.

En dessous de la moyenneSéjour entre amis
The Internet was absolutely atrocious, the AC was barely adequate and the room was cramped. It is absolutely not worth the cost. The only saving grace was the location.
