Apartment was vey clean, with ample storage for clothes. The location is ideal and within walking distance to most restaurants. There is an excellent self use laundry mat and pharmacy nearby. The only negative items were a washing machine/dryer that didn’t dry the clothing, and the lack of a bath Matt for the tub and face cloths. If these three items are addressed I would have given this location a five star review.

Place was spotless. Very close to all the fun stuff and walking distance from the bus station. They gave us a great deal too, seven nights for the price of five, let us check in early and it was a full apartment with real stove fridge and dishwasher. Had a washer dryer in bathroom which saved us because airline lost my luggage. Great experience. In fact, when we go back we will

This is a superb place to say - as I said to my family if I lived in Reykjavík I’d buy it!
Near to both the city centre and the bus stop that excursions leave from it would be hard to beat for a location.
Perfectly appointed this is well equipped with everything you could need with some of the most comfortable beds we have slept on.
I can’t recommend it enough and we’ll definitely stay there again if we’re lucky enough to make it back to Iceland

Lots of shops, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance. Parking was just a short walk away, easy to find, secure and well priced.
Communication with the property manager was easy and all information was provided well before check in.
The apartment was clean and comfortable. Found it surprisingly quiet considering it faces the street.
Would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is centrally located in the city center, walkable to main attractions, yet quiet and peaceful. The bed is comfortable, Wifi reliable, good water pressure, plenty of hot water, easy check-in, great communication with the host. I enthusiastically recommend this apartment when in Reykjavik.

Excellent property for downtown Reykjavik, walkable to great restaurants and shopping. The hot water had a smell, but this was communicated by the owners, so it was expected. Overall, this was a very nice place to stay for our family of 4.
