I stayed the weekend for a business trip so I didn’t use any amenities or get breakfast . Staff was friendly room was nice and modern . If you don’t want valet there was free street parking around the hotel if you can find a vacant space . Great stay

The only complaint is that it is Valet Parking only at $50/day. However there is a free, unmonitored deck across the street.

Clean, great staff

Everything about the hotel is GREAT except for the fact that there’s an active construction project immediately next door. We were awakened at 7am on a Saturday morning with loud banging, shouting, and the sound of metal pipes landing on concrete. When we pulled aside the drape, we were looking directly at multiple construction workers.

It's a boutique hotel near downtown and bordering the campus of UT. It's new so seems to be quite nice. However, it's "valet only" for parking. When I arrived and for a couple of hours after the parking lot was absolutely jammed with cars waiting to be parked. There was one young man working the valet and he said he had started the day before. Staff was indifferent to the situation. I ended up parking in a nearby neighborhood (not recommended). A colleague had a problem with her room lock, and it took several hours and 5 trips back and forth to the front desk to find a solution. In the morning construction started outside my room just before 7am. Luckily he coffee pot was empty downstairs and the one person at the front desk indicated she would get to it when she had time. At $300/night, this property should be staffed better and more professionally. Absolutely don't recommend.

Very nice hotel with lots of potential. Checked in late and there was a long line. Agent at the desk was maybe new. Would stay again and give another chance. In a great location

Beautiful hotel right by campus!

I enjoyed my stay but parked on the street due to valet parking being only option for $45.00 a night.
