Sullivans Cove Apartments was an amazing place to stay in Hobart. The location is perfect. It's very close to Hobart city, Salamanca, and offers beautiful scenery.
The apartment exceeded my expectations. It was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities were excellent, and we truly felt at home.
The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They did their best to arrange an early check-in for us when possible, which we really appreciated. They were friendly, explained everything in detail, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.
Everything about our stay was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Bien The unit was large, and comfortable. The ensuite shower was very poor design. No shower screen whatsoever. After each shower the entire floor of the ensuite was wet and needed to be mopped dry, before the next person used the ensuite. No mop by the way, towels were the only option.
Cleaning staff did good job, but did not leave spare garbage bags. Garbage and recycle items were to be carried to the refuse room. No probs there, except the refuse room was a shambles and emitted a foul smell. Rubbish needed to be tossed from the door to avoid contact with very dirty surfaces

We booked Sullivan's Cove Apartments specifically to be close to the Federation Concert Hall in Hobart. The Hotels.com listing described the property as a "city-centre aparthotel, steps from Constitution Dock" — exactly what we needed.
What we got was an apartment in Battery Point, approximately 2km from the address listed. To add insult to injury, the Hotels.com listing goes into explicit detail outlining walking distances to local attractions — none of which bore any relation to where we actually were.
I contacted Hotels.com immediately upon check-in to raise the issue. As it was after 10pm, they were unable to reach anyone at the property, but I was promised a follow-up the next day to resolve the matter. That call never came.
After reading through other low-scoring reviews of this property, it's clear I'm not the first guest to encounter this same discrepancy.
The listing simply does not represent the apartment you'll be assigned. More concerning than the location mismatch, however, was the complete failure to follow through once the issue was raised. Book elsewhere.
