The staff here need training in customer service. Most of them are positively gruff and brusque. It would be great to have tea and coffee facilities available please especially as the hotel is not near any cafes.

Window couldn't open- screwed close. Receptionist made unkind comments when checking us in

Toilet smelled, There was no AC, and got to know that there are restrictions on check in times too. Basic amenities like refrigerator is not there in the room.

The beds were comfy and really enjoyed the breakfast. Although the rooms were a bit Dusty and unclean in places. Ended up needing to move room during stay due to shower flooding the room for no apparent reason. The 2nd room was cleaner. In the first room could see through the sheets the mattress in first room was heavily stained. When the issues with the shower happened had someone come within less than 30 mins to move me to another room (the reception is not manned 24hrs)

The bathroom was old and pretty bad. The cracked tile floor and sink the super small shower space the weird toilette there was only soap in the shower no shampoo or conditioner …..

Very good breakfast. Great location.

Room was very worn out. Very dirty food and dirt on the floor.

The hotel is in very good location, The bed was very new and very comfortable. The bathroom was nice as it was renovated. My room was one floor up from the ground floor ( 1st Floor) the carpets in the hallways are very badly worn and torn. The carpet in my room looked awful. I did not feel comfortable walking in the room with bare feet or socks on as the carpet is so worn out and old. All trim-work on the floors and doorways in very poor condition can could look so much better with a little bit of paint
