Super Room was clean and very large for the area, but we booked a quad and ended up in a triple but in the handicapped room so we had plenty of space.

Super We had a family room sleeping 4 on 5th floor. We thought hotel was good value for money. Room clean and tidy with air-con. Enjoyed a little balcony area overlooking the Parisian street.

The hotel it's in very good position, 9 minute walk from the main station, a short walk away from the metro and the bus just Infront of the hotel can bring you all the way close to the arc of triumph! it's very well connected to everything.
Check-in was good and you could even leave your bags if you are there early or if the room wasn't ready, and it also offered various free amenities that you could ask for in needed, also discount tickets for a tour on a boat on the Seine! It was very nice.
Breaksfast also last till 11, which is nice if you want to take it easy and the variaty was good, specifically enjoyed the pastries and drinks available.
Everyone was very nice and ready to help, very friendly and understanding. Room was also nice and big, there was a safe and the bed was very comfortable, as well as AC (though I didn't use it as the rooms are already well ventilated even during an heat wave, but it's a bonus). The bathroom was a bit smaller but serviceable for sure.
Really enjoyed my stay and would gladly come back!

The room was well air conditioned which was much appreciated in the Paris heatwave. The bed was comfy and the bathroom spacious with good water pressure. There were two lifts available which made it easy when arriving with suitcases, although the lifts were very small. The staff at reception were very nice and spoke English very well, I had to wait around 45 minutes for my room to be ready once I arrived at the hotel despite having shared my expected arrival time. The noise from the shared corridor was clearly heard through in our room. The room did not have a safe which was an inconvenience.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, checking in was very smooth and informative, as well as checking out. The Air conditioning unit was great, especially after a long and hot day after site seeing. Didn’t have time to try their breakfast but it looked good. They also hold your luggage after check out if you’re not leaving Paris right after.

We had booked a room with a balcony but didn’t get one. Location is very close to the Gare du nord train station and easy to get to the main attractions. It is noisy at night outside with lots of sirens on the street so bring earplugs. No fridge in the room. But beds were comfy and bathroom was adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful.
