This is an excellent property in the heart of amboseli national park. Staff across the board were unfailingly friendly, helpful and extremely hospitable. The food served as a buffet was extremely good with a wide range of options. As an Indian vegetarian I would especially like to highlight the quality of the indian vegetarian food served. It was really well made. The kids enjoyed the pool which was well maintained. Would highly recommend a stay here

Clean room staff were incredible and location was perfect

Location was wonderful, as were the staff. The rooms may need some upgrades. Although lovely, an iron and perhaps a small fridge would be useful additions.

Expedia seemingly did not pass my message to the Serena regarding my request for an airstrip transfer.

Customer service was incredible and the room was comfortable. Since our party included two senior citizens with mobility issues, check-in staff gave us a room that was as close to the main entrance/dining area as possible, which was much appreciated. As I was there during my birthday, my mother had taken some balloons etc to decorate the area around our table and it was a lovely surprise when I turned up in the evening to see how it had all been decked up by the dining room staff. We also enjoyed the all-singing, all-dancing Serena birthday surprise I was given during dinner, which made it an unforgettable birthday. The food offered in the buffet was tasty and enjoyable. On our last morning, we realised we had forgotten to order packed lunches so staff in the breakfast room helped us by making improvised packed lunches at short notice - and we would thank them for going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

The facilities of the Hotel are nice, although the parking space is insufficient. Good options for food, very polite staff.

A great destination along our south Kenya journey The meals were delicious, the staff absolutely heart warming and the rooms were adorable.

The staff is friendly and nice. I would have gone for all five stars except a couple things - the Expedia reservation did not show up on their system and was a bit of a concern for us after traveling for 4 hours from Nairobi . But the staff handled it well while we had our lunch. No adapters for charging phone etc. in the room. We ended up using one to charge 5 different devices

This property was amazing!!!! Beyond our expectations! The grounds are beautiful!! You feel like you are in the middle of a garden, with monkeys and babboons running around, so lock your doors! Pretty amazing to walk to dinner and see an elephant at a distance that I could easily pass him a soccer ball!! I wish we had had more time there as we only stayed one night!!! The staff was so hospitable. And I cannot even say enough about the food!! All you can eat buffet spreads for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!!!

This is not my first or last time staying at this property. It's always a pleasure to return here, friendly staff and great location make it a reliable lodge while visiting beautiful Amboseli.
