Fantastic hotel, unable to find a fault. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful, would definetely return.

Great hotel! Lovely pool! Nice staff! A fair bit of entertainment every night!

Absolutely brilliant hotel, room & the food was excellent. Would highly recommend

Great hotel, great staff. Breakfast was excellent, location ideal and the place was spotless! Loved the swimming pools too

Pool was lovely, although not the best for kids. Towel service was nice, although sunbeds weren’t particularly well designed around the pool to enjoy from different areas. But there were plenty of you were happy to sit away from the pool. Breakfast quality and choice was disappointing, in particular for gluten free. Bed was comfy Room appeared clean, but there were tiny bugs that were around the room in places. This hotel attracts a lot of older / retired people, and lots of different nationalities which I think affected the atmosphere as you never knew if someone would understand a polite ‘hello’ or ‘thank you’ The friendly, helpful staff were the best thing about this hotel

Couldn’t fault anything. Nice reception, nice room, lovely pool area and the pool was nice and warm.

Hotel is gorgeous. The place is pristine - the cleaning and maintenance is next level. Staff are also amazing, everyone is so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Food and drinks were great and location was ideal. The place is super chill and an older demographic so don’t expect anything lively would be the only thing but it was perfect for us!

Superb hotel, room size is excellent and cleaning staff efficient and friendly

Revert aspect reached our expectations

Another fantastic trip to This superb hotel. The place is absolutely fantastic with the most friendly staff. Excellent breakfast buffet and food and drinks at the various bars. Can't wait to return. The experience at Tenerife airport security was uyterly terrible and I hope this can be improved as the hotels and guests deserve better.
