I found bed bugs at the property and the manager refused to refund me my money for the room even though I hadn't been there more then 2 hours

Pictures are not how it looks in person, it was dirty. Hair all over the place and stains on the sheets. Microwave and fridge was disgusting.

Dirty room hair all over the place like someone had just cut their hair and left the stuff on the sink and floor and in the bed so obviously the made skipped over that room altogether

En dessous de la moyenne I came to check in, the guy told me I didn't have a reservation, then later on claimed I had reserved a smoking room when clearly my reservation said non smoking, he then said oh wait I can't find you, I have no idea what his deal was, he told me to book another hotel he had no more rooms, I just left because he was horrible, and reserve with another hotel, then I see that I was charged for staying when I did not. I suspect he gave my room to someone else, and now they are wanting me to pay and I will be disputing this.
