Clean room ,confortable bed the area is lovely 10mn to a sandy beach lots of good restaurant and shops.

an easy10 minute walk to the train. most cafes and resteraunts are closed by 9.30. hotel was fine, clean, helpful and budget price but no lift.

Clean room, air con, safe and quiet. Comfortable bed and feel able to come here as a solo female traveller. Due to long working hours I missed the chance for breakfast but it is well sited for easy access to Antibes, Juan les Pins and the train station. Super convenient. There is no lift so bear that in mind with luggage if you are not on the first floor.

Great location in the old town.

Room was clean & tidy. Lack of amenities like tea and coffee.

Place was old but generally clean. I did have stains on some of my linens. Bed and pillow were very hard and not comfortable at all. My room had a window out onto the street which was cute but very loud at night and very bright as the light came around the curtain. Only encountered staff when I checked in very briefly and didn’t get the breakfast as it didn’t start till 8.

A nice little family run hotel, and they are a lovely friendly family. Very central location but quiet. Antibes isn't really noisy anyway. Very reasonable continental breakfast. The room we had was basic, but should be expected for this price and location. The mattress was very hard and not very comfortable was our only issue really. But for a short stay it's okay.

The location was ideal for shopping , eating, the beach were all close by. Breakfast was good value. The room was cleaned daily.

A perfect location- You can’t beat it, it’s a few minutes walk to the beach, market and local shops with a boulangerie just opposite. The bed was very comfortable so I slept very well. The windows cut out the noise from the street when closed and when open, you can hear the bustling of the street below. There was a fan to keep cool and the shower was powerful. The owners were very friendly and helpful-they allowed me to leave my luggage which was so kind to allow me to enjoy Antibes without being laden with bags. The room and hotel itself could do with modernising as the decor is old-fashioned. It could do with a kettle and mini-fridge for beverages. However, I would definitely recommend it for a central and safe location and a restful nights’ sleep.
