This is a small, older hotel with only a few rooms. The amenities such as the pool are 2 miles away at The Cedar Lodge. That is where you go to get your keys. Expedia says you can only check in between 3-6 but that's not correct. Staff is at the Cedar Lodge later than that. We were only a few miles from the gate, so that was very convenient. The room was comfortable. We had wanted a downstairs room, but there were only a few of those. There was no one to help with out bags because there's no staff at the hotel. We would have loved to stay at the Cedar Lodge, but this was the last room available in our price range when we booked, and it served it's purpose. The kitchenette was great to have!

Hotel is owned by hotel 2 miles away. No front desk or amenities at this one. We had ants which were taken care of after calling the other property and them sending someone to spray and clean. You are paying for the location, not the nice room. Know before you go.

Our room was occupied. Staff gave us a nicer room right away.

The main office is at cedar lodge. Other than that, it is a nice quiet place with kitchen. It takes about 40mins to national park.

This property is close to Yosemite National Park entrance. Our room smelled really bad, like stale urine. Before you book you should know check in is off-site, 3 miles up the road along with the pool/amenities. There is no room service. There is no cell service here. It does have a kitchenette which was nice.

Room was well prepared. Modern enough for the type of property. Check in was at another property but service was the same. Very quiet even with road out the front.

It had everything you would expect from a 1 star motel. We had to travel to another location for check in (it was not communicated beforehand). The room was very dirty, stains everywhere. Toilet didn't flush properly. The room had a terrible smell. The air conditioning was very loud, probably technology of 50 years ago. The sheets and towels were very old. One of the towels was so old that it was ripped. The location was decent. 30 minutes drive from Yosemite Valley. So, if you want to pay 300+ USD for an OK location, this is your place. Otherwise, avoid it at all costs. I would never stay here again.
