SuperSéjour en solo
It is conveniently located between Dare du Nord and Gare de L’est and the staff is friendly and accommodating. These are the attributes. Though the facilities, especially the elevator and hallway lights, need significant upgrading, the room I had was clean and comfortable, sufficiently so that I slept well. It also included a few amenities, such ad a a well-stocked refrigerator with alcohol beverages.

Staff allowed storage of bags, arrived at 12 pm, and the room was not ready until 3 pm.

FantastiqueSéjour en solo
I really recommend this hotel to anyone who is combining a stay in Paris with a visit the North or France or the Alsace region. You are smack Dab next to Gare de l'est and a 10 minute walk to Gare du Nord. While I did not have breakfast at the hotel, I had coffee twice and a croissant. It's good and priced accordingly to the area. Everyone is nice and helpful.
As for the rooms, yoi can see they did wonders of renovation in a very old building. Shower is not too small as in similar hotels and the bed is extremely comfortable. Room temperature was just right. Overall, a great hotel.

Clean room and super comfortable bed!!
Rooms are small but there’s enough space for two people the bathroom was really small and awkward. The Wifi didn’t really work the whole stay which is hard when you want to plan your day. Overall it was nice and all the staff was very kind!!! Great for a short stay for sure

Clean room, for us a great location and the staff were good. Next time we are in Paris, we will certainly be staying there.

SuperSéjour en couple · Pour les affaires et les loisirs
Lovey room and very convenient location. Unfortunately, the bar, which looks great, doesn't have good food options and it's so expensive.

BienSéjour en solo · Pour les professionnels
Noisy between rooms and floors. Waited for ever for breakfast and it was expensive for one cold fried runny egg on a piece of toast.

Super Cool room with convenience of the two stations nearby (we used both). Also a nice breakfast is available.
