We enjoyed staying at the hotel we had to upgrade our room on the 13th floor and I paid extra money for the same. The first room we got from Expedia was just a basic room and it was rundown. I would expect this hotel to be renovated from top to bottom on the 13th floor. The service was excellent room was great, but the bathtub was very old and difficult to get in and out, and there are fall risks for a lot of people up there without any safety bars excellent service by the concierge at the 13th floor executive general area excellent drinks, breakfast lunch food and servers were excellent. I would give them 10 or 10 but the property needs to be updated to keep up with the standard.
