I was very disappointed with my stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel. The level of service fell well below what I expected.
The front desk assured me that my room would have a view, but that turned out to be untrue. On top of that, I repeatedly requested that the shower be repaired and that housekeeping service my room, yet both requests were ignored for two days.
The food was overpriced and did not justify the cost. The air conditioning was also extremely limited and never kept the room at a comfortable temperature, making it difficult to relax or sleep.
Overall, the poor customer service, lack of follow-through, and disappointing amenities made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this hotel, and I would not stay here again.
