Tired from the trip, we arrived 1 hour early and they said we could not check in yet. After waiting in the sitting area, I came down for my on time check in but the room
Was still not ready. About 45 minutes later, we were assigned a room. The keys opened to a room that had other people’s belongings there (guest occupied). We did not enter but went downstairs and notified the staff. Finally we were assigned anotjer room. There was a heat wave and we got a room with a broken AC unit. The staff said there was nothing they can do because the rooms are all sold out. The next day, they moved us. We could not sleep that first night because the room was on a top floor and felt like a greenhouse. We received no compensatory gestures. The hotel was also not very centrally located. It’s a bit of a walk to most tourist attractions except the Eiffel tower. For the price, it was definitely not worthwhile.

This is a very special place. It's on a small, quiet street and each room is somewhat different from the others. The property is in excellent condition. The room and bathroom are very comfortable. The larger sized rooms (higher category) are particularly nice.
Special thanks to JAMES, the hotel technician/engineer who worked long hours to keep the air conditioning system running at a minimally acceptable level during the recent record-breaking heat wave.
The room cleaning staff are wonderful people. I regret to say that the various people who were behind the reception desk during our stay were disappointing. No smiles, no hellos,; in short, poor interpersonal skills (in both French and English).

We loved the quiet neighborhood location as we didn’t want to stay in the busy touristy sections of Paris. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Andy. They responded quickly and efficiently to all emails we sent prior to our stay and booked our transportation from and back to the airport. We also enjoyed their cafe and pastry shop recommendations. The room was clean and nicely decorated. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

We started our trip here and then came back for the last day of our trip. The staff was so happy to have us return. They even upgraded our room which was very nice. We really enjoyed the quiet of the area. We had a very nice dinner at the cafe down the street which was great because it was in walking distance. There is also an excellent bakery also very close which was a great place to pick up sandwiches and eat them in the park area across the street. We would definitely come back!

Fantastique Breakfast was very good. There were a lot of choices. Everything got replenished quickly! The bed in our room was very comfortable! Overall, it was a great stay!

This hotel is nice and convenient to the Eiffel Tower, however, it is in a residential district. If you’re traveling and wanting the comfort of amenities, probably not the best neighborhood. There is a farmers market nearby on Thursdays and Saturdays, but otherwise not the most convenient to walk out and grab coffee or lunch.
