Séjour en famille avec enfants

Camera ampia per 6 persone, pulita e con cucina. Colazione nella media, ma con alcune pecche: pancake fatti al momento ma crudi, pane raffermo, caffè discutibile, uova sode rotte. Piscina maltenuta con acqua non pulita. Acqua calda a sufficienza per una doccia sola, siamo rimasti senza acqua calda con i capelli insaponati alle 23:30. Concierge che non risponde a tarda sera e dopo averlo finalmente trovato al numero del bar mi dice che hanno appena cambiato il boiler, come se avessi dovuto saperlo. Morale mi offre di cambiare camera il giorno dopo, ma ho risolto da solo sistemando io il boiler e scaldando l’acqua con il microonde per sciacquare i capelli. Personale poco cortese, mi sarei aspettato uno sconto o almeno un omaggio…non si trattano così i clienti. 4 stelle assolutamente non meritate

Beautiful hotel in the Heart of Umbria. Lots of tranquil walking trails and private places nearby to relax in. Very close to Rasiglia. Very friendly staff and great breakfast included wwith stay. Highly recommend.

Maurizio at the front desk was extremely rude. As soon as we walked into the hotel Maurizio basically barely looked up at us and left us standing at the counter as he walked into another room. He did not want to deal with an American and only started to give us a tiny little bit of respect when he realized my mother is Italian. He seemed extremely annoyed that we even walked in. When we finally checked into this hotel and found the air conditioner not working, we went back to the front desk to notify Maurizio. Maurizio proceeded to slam the telephone and throw it across the counter because he had to do a little extra work and find us a new room. After his tantrum, his unstable behavior left my family and I feeling unsafe. I would never recommend this hotel for anybody… Especially Americans!

Very nice hotel, exercise area by pool a little odd, and the equipment was in sad condition- did not match the rest of the hotel- only complaint- everything else was spectacular.
