Séjour en famille avec enfants

Our room 6104 tree top villa had absolutely no sun which was disappointing. Also the furniture had food marks on it. Lovely grounds, the interior needs a refresh though. Friendly staff.

Had to constantly ask for things that were not provided when room was cleaned, towels not replaced with clean ones, room coffee, sugar and tea not replaced etc etc. Late check out fee charged at additional cost. Rang reception for Restaurant closing times they said 9pm but when attended at 8pm we were told it was closed. We were looking forward to our last night meal so then had to book a meal in town and take a taxi to get there. the closing times for the bar and restaurant are ridiculously early. Some of the games in the games room were faulty and not working and the pool table had ripped and damaged felt rendering it unplayable. Will never stay at this place again or any of Peppers other resorts or hotels not a good experience at all.
