Note there is no elevator and you may need to carry suitcase up 2 or 3 stories. Young lady helped with luggage at check in but no one available to help at checkout. Offers transport to/from airport but youre responsible for placing baggage in car which had a deep trunk. Older folks or those with disability may find this difficult. Staff rudely admonished us not to scratch her car without offering help.

This was a good hotel for what I needed. A one night stay close to the airport. Only the basics were provided. One bath towel and one hand towel. There was a refrigerator in the room. There is not an elevator. The airport shuttle back to the airport was a little disappointing. My flight wasn’t until 5pm, but the desk receptionist, who was also the shuttle driver, said the last transfer to the airport was at 11am. As a result I sat in the airport for a number of hours.

NO ELEVATOR. TRY CLIMBING IP THE STAIRS WITH LUGGAGE shuttle from the airport is advertised but is either to or from. Not both. There is no shuttle as such a hotel staff drops one off at the airport in her personal car so again if there is lot of luggage one has a problem. For one night after dropping off the car and with an early morning flight it was good enough. I had no greater needs so it sufficed. But as a place to stay in Reykjavik it is not great. One point check in luggage and security at kef airport is horrible. So you need at least three hours to be safe even for EU Flights

Staff - very nice lady in the day time, very nice, but no one in the morning. WiFi ok. No shuttle!!! Do not plan on using it. We have had scheduled shuttle for 4:40am - people were waiting - no shuttle. Had to take taxi.

Quiet , clean and a view of the water. We were only there one night, We slept well and check out was easy even at 5:30 in the morning.

The photos are misleading. It’s quite run down and musty.

The staff.

Keflavik Natura is a very nice hotel with a good restaurant/bar on site. Queen bed rooms are large enough for two travelers. Beds and linens are nice. Very good blackout curtains made our sleep restful. Electric water kettle in closet was appreciated for making instant coffee we'd brought along. Excellent buffet breakfast is worth the upcharge (especially considering Reykjavik restaurant prices). Outside appearance is not very exciting but inside the hotel is nicely decorated and very clean. Ample parking including a few electric car chargers. A little pricey but everything in Iceland is. I would happily stay here again.
