We had an unexpected change in our itinerary due to a flight cancellation. Expedia worked with the Hilton staff to move our arrival date and waive the change fee. This was an amazing blessing during a very stressful time stranded in an airport. We can’t say thank you enough! And the shuttle service and driver were amazing! So friendly and hospitable! Will be back for sure!!

We only stayed about 6 hours here while we waited for our flight, but we found the hotel to be a comfortable place to wait! Our room was very clean and spacious and we ordered room service and it was delivered promptly! Great hotel if you are flying in or out of Nairobi!
