Love this hotel - we stay here whenever we're in Marmaris. Clean, modern, well located and a great price. The owners are lovely and the food is amazing

Even though this is in a great location and nearly by the attractions the apartment was very dirty and a lot of the items were broken including the blow dryer.
Breakfast was not served unless you came 15 mins before the serving time and refused in a very rude manor even through this was not informed during check in.
We were there for 3 nights and the room was not cleaned and the towels were not changed. The furniture and bedding was also very dirty.
Will not be staying there again.

General condition of room is normal. Staff is friendly, service a little bit slow, but all ok. Breakfast is good. For this budget for 3 person with meal is ok. Ice latte from bar was perfect. Manager successfully solve problems. Balcony was quiet enough.

Good location, clean room but no housekeeping during the duration of our stay. No balcony but seating area outside hotel is amazing.
