Rooms were very clean and bed was comfortable, staff were excellent in helping with any requests we had. Easy parking right outside our room. Met our requirements for the weekend 100%.
Definitely will stay here again if we go back to Albury in the future.

From the time we checked in, which was later than expected and after office hours, we were given easy instructions to pick up key and enter our room. The manager was very helpful and we felt very welcome the whole stay… Rooms were amazing for the low price to stay and very close to the places we needed to attend over the weekend. Highly recommend staying here for a laid back and hassle free weekend.

I was involved in a 3 car and a Sami accident on the way to my hotel, I could not find a phone number to call to advise them and when someone from the hotel to see what time I would be arriving, they weren’t the slightest bit interested.
I finally found the number and called the next day to say that I would be arriving the next day and was informed that I would have to book another room and pay again, the guy I was talking to said the he would check with the manager and call me back and did not receive a phone call, I stayed at a nicer hotel in Albury and will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

En dessous de la moyenne Room stank of stale cigarettes. Aircon was stuck on freezing, because the remote batteries were flat.

Room wasnt ready till 4pm which is 2 hours after check in time. Shower had mold and upon telling management was told it was chipped paint and sworn at. Everything felt sticky. Creepy vibe. My kids didnt feel safe. We were there for about 20 minutes and left. Still no refund. Highly suggest not staying here especially with children.
