This property was disgusting, and had dead bugs on the floor and walls. There were brown stains in the bathroom. I got locked out of my room twice. Also some random people were banging on my door claiming to be house keeping and asking for an IPad. The only reason they didn’t get in is because I had the latch. Is was a gross place to stay, and I have pictures of this!

En dessous de la moyenne Paid for a king size room and was stuck with a queen. No towels, only one blanket soni asked if they had an extra and they replied no. Verh poor experience 5/4/26 and this wasnt better. Would not recommend at all! Poor attitude and atmosphere.

To begin with our non smoking room smelled like smoke. Then the floors felt dirty and to end with, after laying down on the bed for 30mins, there was a TICK stuck to my body. I’ve notified the front desk and the manager has not been responsive or acknowledge my complaint. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

The room sheets and towels were not clean upon arrival. Additionally, the bathroom door became stuck, preventing me from using the bathroom or taking a shower for over two hours.
When I called the front desk for assistance, I was told that maintenance would come when they were available. I waited more than two hours, and no one arrived. Eventually, I found a housekeeper in the hallway, who contacted the maintenance technician directly. He finally came to inspect the door and explained that it had become stuck because of the paint that had been used.
I consider this a serious safety concern. Had the door become stuck while I was inside the bathroom, I could have been trapped without any means of communication or immediate assistance.
Overall, my stay was very disappointing due to the cleanliness issues, poor maintenance response, and lack of urgency in addressing a potentially dangerous situation.
They also didn’t have Apple Pay available and it was a problem at arrival.

Def an older property, they are doing the best they can with what they have. Might be worth paying more to go down the street a little. Nothing is nearby, no food or drink.
