TLDR: Shuttle service will not accommodate bicycles packed for air travel. If you're traveling with a bicycle and want airport transportation, stay somewhere else.
The long version:
I chose this airport because they had shuttle service to the airport. I asked two front desk people if it would be all right if I brought a bicycle, packed in a box, onto the shuttle, and they said yes. I asked a shuttle driver if it would be all right to bring a large piece of luggage on the shuttle that would fill the aisle, and he said yes. But on the day of our departure, the shuttle driver refused to let us on with our bikes.
To her credit, the front desk person, who I think underestimated how large the boxes would be, was understanding and called us a van that could accommodate our bikes (for 50 euros).
