The Good: Clean rooms: The accommodations were well-maintained. Good breakfast: The morning meal options were enjoyable and high quality. The Bad: Terrible airport pickup: The hotel sent a driver with my photo instead of a sign showing the hotel name or my name. Naturally, we missed each other. Unstable internet: The Wi-Fi connection was incredibly slow and unreliable throughout the stay. Nightly power outages: The electricity cut out every single night, causing major inconvenience.

Excellent properties and staff and food

Recomiendo totalmente este Hotel la atención fue espectacular desde la recepción hasta los meseros en el restaurante, la ubicación ya vistas son excelentes, dato importante el desayuno y las bebidas en l habitación están incluídas.

The place is absolutely filthy. Do not expect any semblance of western level of cleanliness. First night it rained and the place flooded from the roof top. Water dripping in our room from the ceiling. Bathroom disgusting and with no place to hang a towel or set down toiletries.”Deluxe” Rooms have no windows!!! Crazy. Staff inattentive unless trying to sell you something or squeeze a tip out of you.

Regarding this hotel, I can say that everything is good, especially the view of the pyramids if you want to stay close to them. The breakfast is very good, and the staff are very kind and welcoming. However, please note that if you are looking to book a tour, the hotel does offer tours, but I recommend booking through a website before your flight. The prices at the hotel are quite high, and the guide was not experienced, so it felt like a waste of money.

Overall it eas nice only one incident iIwant to mention we arrived at 1 am and with reservation , they didn't ha a room for us and try to give us a room in a hotel next door, but that hotel was sketchy and room was dirty and smell bad so we run out of back to panorama pyramids and I said you give me a room here or my money back, they told me to wait 30 minutes to clea a room and upgrade us with a nicer one after tha incidents the staying was very good

Great view of pyramids

This is now the 5th different hotel I have stayed in across from the pyramids. This will be the only one I stay in from here on out! The staff was great and the rooms were clean and they didn’t try to up sale me on anything.

I have taken 7 different groups to Cairo and have stayed in 4 different hotels across from the Pyramids. I have found my favorite! Wont look anywhere else when I bring teams back. The staff is excellent and NOT pushy! We arrived at 4am and there were workers there to happily get our bags to our rooms.

This review is a mixed review I will explain reservations via hotels.com went great arrival and check in went great as well . Reception greets you well and treats you nice but as soon as you get there their object is to sale you tours. Their prices are a bit higher than the ones you can find on Viator app which I also recommend . Anyways we had our tours already reserved and did not buy anything from them . We also requested to add dates to our stay at our hotel they said yes it will be ok but came back with a price of 250 a night when we booked it was only 112 and they where not offering the same room which we had a view to the pyramids they wanted to give another room with no view at a higher price. Well we decided to look at hotels .com once more and saw they had the same room and the additional dates available for the same price so we booked it online once more . The following day we went on our tour and when we came back at the lobby we started talking about our day I sent my kids up to the room and wife and I stayed to tell them the we had made the bookings online and not direct to them they asked to make sure we picked the same room because they had the room booked already but we stated tha it was the same room . Ok we will check they said. By the time I got upstairs they had cancelled my reservation and made all other rooms unavailable to book only what they wanted now this booking was made with over 30 hours of difference from the time we told them . Mafia tactic
