Fantastique Best buget spot in Manchester. Always very clean. Location is perfect, walking distance from Picadilly Station and from many music venues. And in front of it you have Ezra & Gil, amazing coffee place.

Excellent city location, well-priced, clean room. The hotel also has great character with original brickwork and tall window openings visible from inside the room!
Couldn't be better 10/10.

Unfortunately I stayed 3 nights and barely slept (even with ear plugs). The slamming doors at 2 , 3 and 4 in the morning and shouting etc in the corridors was terrible. It was pretty intimidating to be honest and felt like I had to stay in my room. It’s a shame as the concept is good value (however at the expense of sleep)….. but I won’t be staying again.

No working lift, been broken for a month according to the staff. Not much fun having to keep going up and down 4 flights of stairs in the heat and with heavy baggage.

Lift is not working. AC is not working properly, not very ideal on a hot summer weekend

Good value for money - we booked an accessible room but the lift was broken which was a slight issue

Just needed a bit more hanging space and some cups for drinks but overall good place.
Wouldn’t stay more than 2 nights due to size of room but for a couple of days great price grea place

BienSéjour en famille · Pour les amis et la famille
We stayed in a basement room that was very clean apart from a little damp on the wall, but it was the size of the room that was surprisingly, it was tiny with very little floor space. Apparently the upper rooms are bigger but having paid over £200 for one night I expected more, also no tea making facilities, not even a plastic cup in the room or a hand towel in bathroom - for the price I am sure you can get better value and facilities in the area
