Accommodation is in a fantastic location and the young guys on the front desk were friendly. When I first arrived there was a piece of toilet paper in the middle of the room. Both the shower and bedspread needed a good clean. Shower door was difficult to shut as the top part was broken. A loud party in the room next door till 2 in the morning made for a sleepless night.

The key about this hotel is its location, which is 2-minutes walk from Paddington Station. The room was small but clean and was cleaned every day. Staff were great and helpful, let us keep some food in the refrigerator, and kept our luggage after check out, as we had a late flight back home. Cost was reasonable in a very expensive city like London. All in all -highly recommend!

Super I had a pleasant stay at Barry House Hotel overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great for getting around. The only downside was that the window in my room was broken and couldn’t close properly. Since it was March, the temperatures weren’t extremely low, but it did make the room a bit chilly.
To their credit, the hotel immediately provided a heater, which made the stay comfortable despite the issue. I appreciated the quick response and the effort to make things right. With that small fix, it would have easily been a 5‑star experience
