Great central location, with a grocery store only a minutes walk away. Breakfast was very good and seemed to options for everyone. We were in Norwich during July, and the temperature was nearly 40c, we chose this hotel for the AC.

Basic hotel. Clean but very basic room. Requiring refurbishment. No extras available in room/ bathroom e.g glasses for water, vanity kit, mini bar. Toilet roll very very thin. Body wash dispenser was empty. Breakfast was adequate. Again, very basic. However, staff were very friendly and attentive.

The bathroom needs shower door replacing ! Hole in bathroom door No fridge in room …. Should be a given by today’s standards most dissatisfied. Generally needs an ungrade will not stay again

I only booked this Hotel because of the advertised air conditioning during what is an exceptionally hot period. I was put in a room on the top floor in which the air conditioning was completely ineffective blowing out warm air. The Hotel is very tired (including the air conditioning system). Very expensive for what it is.

AC in first room didn’t work so we were moved day 2 for a smaller but nice room. Received a nice refund as well. Breakfast and Lobby lounge is as nice as a hotel I’ve been in. Wonderful common areas. Excellent breakfast. We stayed for 5 nights. Our room overlooked the stadium and was fun to see daily. No games when I was there. American here. No microwave or fridge in room.

Séjour avec animaux de compagnie

Hotel was attached to the football stadium and found that it was quiet when I visited in June.Room was okay,just a nosey toilet cistern which the manager was going to get sorted. Only gripe was bedroom menu for the downstairs restaurant indicated fish pie, but when I went down to order it was a different menu. All in all a good hotel
