My expectations for Melia were high since we have stayed at Melias a few times before, and because it was very pricey,
The front staff were excellent, helpful and very kindvincluding the bell boy was very warm and welcoming, no complains at all about the staff, however the property is horribly maintained, is very outdated, the doors and halls are stainless steel, the doors were just like the doors of a freezer all duty, the furniture extremely old, if you moved the bed the wall was stained, the rooms had white duty curtains all around which I did not understood the concept the halls were so dark and duty, the last set of towels looked like if they were used before, carpet was old
