Booked this hotel only for the pools and closeness to the boardwalk and beach. Parking was terrible. Tried to do valet bc it was just me and my daughter was told that was not an option and I would have to self park. Parked and had to walk forever away. Tried to self check in and that did not work either. The room we had reserved was unavailable. Then was told that all the pools were closed. Then was charged a resort fee when I wasn’t even able to use any amenities.

Best 21st Birthday Ever—Flawless Stay! Celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday at the Tropicana Atlantic City was the best decision ever! Having everything in one convenient location made our trip perfect. Check-in was a breeze thanks to their easy online capabilities and kiosk system. The hotel itself was immaculately clean, meticulously well-maintained, and our room was absolutely flawless. The staff were phenomenal—incredibly friendly and highly efficient. We loved the top-tier amenities, including the gym and pools. The property offers plenty of phenomenal dining options, and we had an unforgettable time exploring The Quarter and dancing at Boogie Nights. It was the ultimate celebratory weekend. We will absolutely be back!

Half of the elevators were not working. Check out was @ 11 I couldn’t get on an open elevator until 11:45. The staff closed the additional elevator in my face horrible experience. No lighting in room horrible stay never coming back
