Bien The photos in the listing didn’t match the actual apartment, so we didn’t really get what we’d signed up for. The AC in the bedroom never seemed to actually get cool enough. Some of the check in and other processes, namely the locker registration, seemed unnecessarily complicated and couldn’t be done online. However, the location is excellent and we really enjoyed being in this neighborhood.

This was a spacious, clean apartment in a great location close to a mini supermarket, lots of cafes and the Mercado San Anton. The AC worked great, and the apartment was perfect for our family of 5.

Nos tocó el subsuelo y no había tanta luz natural y en los placares había olor a humedad y no se podía abrir las ventanas bien para poder sacarlo porque era el subsuelo

Fantastique Super ubicación caminable de varios lados. Me gustó el espacio para mi familia. Teníamos súper enfrente y un lugar de pan artesanal con desayunos prácticos.
Me gustó que la llave se controla desde el celular para abrir puertas. Tal vez surtir con agua y más café para tener disponible. El aire se enciende con un mismo control, nos costó entender eso al principio.

It is very centrally located. The metro/train stations are 5 minutes away. Gran Via, Retired park, Cibeles are all 5 minutes away. The bus that goes directly to the airport is 10 minutes away. Grocery stores are across the street, as is San Anton Market. Loved the location!
The apartment itself is beautiful, clean and very spacious. All the amenities are well-appointed. The check-in is online and was seamless. As we discovered, the online check-in is not common in Spain, even in big cities. That was a huge plus in my books. The price was reasonable given all these attributes. We LOVED our stay, and would highly recommend it.

This place was terrible was no one to communicate it was some robotic that cancel my reservation and they don’t want to refund my money there were not one at the desk since it’s like a apartment building I will never stay in any property from this people ever cost me problem

Convenient apt centric to main attractions and walking distance to main streets (la castellana and gran via), plaza Cibeles, puerta de Alcalá, parque de El Retiro. The AC worked great even during our stay in the summer. Clean and well equipped apartment.
