We loved our four night stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. We would go back and stay.

It was just a nice place nice rooms enjoyed it very much

Room was very comfy, sea view was okay , but the weather was not behaving to have a clear view. AC was great along with the fan , thought there would have been an exhaust fan in bathroom but was okay with door open Would definitely recommend to others 😀🌹

However long you planned to visit Port Douglas, plan to stay longer; particularly if it is at this property. They have everything you need for days of adventure or relaxation.

The location….right beside the beach….couldn’t get any closer. The staff was helpful & accommodating….we couldn’t ask for better. The accommodations were great…we had everything we needed & the room was clean.

Be very careful when reserving at this place . Make sure the construction behind the building is finish. The owners Will tell you that is ok but in reality its not . They want to make money on you, they told us it Will not affect us …BUT ITS NOT TRUE , be aware

The staff were fabulous, always so willing to assist…. including putting suncream on my back! Just steps from the beach, I could even hear the waves from my patio. It wasn’t a problem for me but there are no lifts only stairs to the rooms. The rooms were spotless. The pool was a good temperature and a great addition. It is on the small size but as I was always the only one in there, it was fine.

Excellent location, communicative staff pre and post check in, fantasic amenities such as beach cruisers and all the things you could ever need for a beach day
