The concierge was very nice and helpful. They fixed the blue contrast on the tv for us. They gave us soap and some towels when I asked them since we stayed for a week. Sometimes the breakfast area was dirty, but it was also very busy at this hotel all the time. Our occupied rooms were always cleaned nicely for us. Sometimes the floor of the elevator was dirty. Sometimes the button was not working well on the elevator. Sometimes the ice machine was not working, but I went to another floor and used the ice machine. The location was good for us.

Staf was very friendly and helpful with any questions. Room was cleans and comfortable. Breakfast had sufficient variety, needs fresh cut fruit. Kitchen in room made my stay feel like home. Hotel is walking distance to Seattle center which we loved. Supermarket on next street, late night NY style pizza 1 street away,

The hotel was fine. We had an incident on our last day of this day which tainted our entire experience. A friend of mine in our traveling party was using the gym and came out onto a very wet floor and slipped and fell. The cleaning staff put the sign up beware of wet floor after she fell. No one from the front desk came to offer assistance. I had to insist on filing an incident report which no one was aware of. I asked them to call the general manager, and the general manager was not available finally, another front desk stop offered assistance. It appears that no one in the hotel is empowered to take action if there is an incident at this hotel.

As an older couple traveling, The Hampton Inn in Seattle Downtown was awesome. Easy walking distance to the SpaceNeedle and coffee shops. They even helped us with secure transportation to Pike’s Place and our cruise ship. Breakfast was excellent too.
